Quarterly Service Plans
Feel confident knowing your home or business is protected.
Quarterly Service Plan includes:
- A quarterly visit from a licensed pest control technician, to perform a thorough inspection and
- preventive maintenance service every 3 months.
- No charge for any repeat service that may be required in between scheduled services.
- Installation of Tamper proof rodent bait stations to vulnerable areas.
- Application of non toxic baits and monitoring stations as needed.
- Verbal updates and recommendations if necessary.
- Unlimited access to our office and or your technician during business hours, to help answer any questions or concerns you might have.
- Free yearly Termite inspection by a certified WDI Inspector, upon request.
Protection includes the most common pests listed below:
- Roaches
- Mice
- Rats
- Ants
- Silverfish
- Centipedes
- Additional pest may be included after initial inspection if requested.
Prices:
Cost of Quarterly Maintenance service:
- One apartment: $325.00 per quarterly visit
- One family home: $425.00 per quarterly visit
- Two family home with basement: $525.00 per quarterly visit
- Commercial office or non food business up to 1000 square feet……$425.00 per quarterly visit
- Additional units if needed: $100.00 per unit if treated together.
